| It happened on a beautiful June day. |

If you knew me you would know I’m just an ordinary man that must have things in black and white and tangible certainly not someone that has flights of fancy so you would find what happened to me quite interesting for it was quite something in my life. On a beautiful day in early June 2003 during the best summer I can ever remember I was taken into hospital after having two small heart attacks, and in casualty I then passed away twice and was given electric shocks with a deliberator three times in order to get my heart to tick over correctly. During all that time I was totally aware of everything and I knew and could see the doctors working on me and hear what was being said, and that the doctors were having a very difficult job to get me back, in fact one doctor told the very young nurse by my side he was going to stop giving me the shocks after the next one. I was told afterward by the doctor that I most probably survived when it seemed so unlikely to them because I had no fear of death. Afterwards when I was taken from casualty and put into the high intensity ward I had one further very spiritual and several lesser experiences.
I was laid just thinking about all that had happened to me and was saying to myself that I had gone through all of that experience only to have had so very little in a physic way, when I heard a voice say to me twice, “well done my faithful servant,” which in my philosophy can only be God. So I said "why me?" The words were then repeated. I was told also why not you and why not anyone because everybody is equal and part of God. To clarify that statement I was told, “God is not in us and in everything, God is the universe and everything, therefore we have our very being, as free thinking, self developing, and individuals as part of God.” Please think about what I was told, it’s such a very important thing to understand, because for so long apart from say the Red Indian people and a few others, I feel we have been all missing that very important point, because even when we say God is everything, we often then say, God is in a person etc., instead I would say Gods higher vibrations and goodness are only being expressed in a small way in any individual, because we all have a long way to go and a lot to learn before we refine ourselves as part of God, and vibrate in harmony with the universe. That sort of information seemed to pour into my mind just as if it was being down loaded into a computer, but as I was so ill at the time it was impossible for me to write it down and I knew I would not remember it in full for long, but it is in my mind and I feel it will come forth when needed. For some days after this all my senses were much heightened and I felt part of the universe, and God was the universe and all the knowledge about our place in the plan of life came flooding into my mind. I could see, hear, understand and read body language and sense things. For instance, I could hear both sides of a phone call at very long distance, and normally I am a little hard of hearing just as my mother was. I must quickly add this happened when I was completely in charge of all my reasoning and not drugged up.
Some time later when I was a lot stronger, I saw a bright light shine onto my closed eyes one night just after the night nurse had been on her hourly rounds. I thought it strange that she had returned with an even brighter light, so without opening me eyes I looked to the side of my bed and mentally I could see a tall figure, whereas our nurse was a very short Chinese person. When I opened my eyes, I found that there was no one to be seen. The next morning I said to the nurse did she know that another spirit nurse followed her around. She said in very poor English that she knew and that many nurses were aware of the same thing, and also said to me in her poor English, ’’it’s spiritual you know.’’ So for me it was a very productive time even if I was going mad to get out of hospital and into the sun and also to have all my pains go away. It did seem to me as if I spent most of the summer in hospital or convalescent, during that most wonderful weather that we had in 2003. It was so marvellous outside and so hot and sticky inside. After a month they had a look inside of me and then after some time I was transferred from Worcester to a Birmingham hospital to have a four bypass operation.
I had so many thoughts from friends and our church people that I know made such a lot of difference to my recovery, which of course I can’t prove but I know it to be true. Once before, in very similar circumstances, when I was in my early thirties I also confounded my doctors and recovered and lived a normal life when I should have passed over or have been very disabled. That time also I had the love and healing of friends and many church people. After almost eight months this time I was fit to start my healing work again with what I hope is a lot more understanding through experience.
