Ingredients
One Spirit
One physical form
Lots of energy
Method
First insert the Spirit inside the physical form. Next provide it with energy. Stand well back and observe.
Progress
First year of life – from observation the Spirit is happy, learning from all its senses, smell, taste, sound, sight, hearing and using its sixth sense an inner knowing that it is linked to all life.
On later observations the Spirit again appears happy and begins to interact with other beings, creatures, plants etc.
A little time later, the Spirit is seen happily playing and communicating with others.
As the physical form begins to grow, it becomes aware of the self, the Spirit appears at first glance slightly less content, as it starts to compare itself to those around. Firstly there are physical differences, emotional differences and indeed educational differences.
As the time passes, the physical form seems a little withdrawn, increasingly being aware of physical sensations and attractions to others. The Spirit appears to question its actions with increasingly regularity. The need to reproduce becomes heightened, as nature dictates to the human race, once reproduction has taken place and the fertility years are diminished
The Spirit again appears thoughtful as it examines its physical form in a reflection. Age and life have affected the appearance of the physical form, indeed interaction with others is influenced by the appearance of the physical form. As it ages it seems to have less influence on others.
Contemplation
Throughout its life pressure has been placed upon the physical form to become a specific shape, have a specific look, and behave in a specific way. Differences are not encouraged. All must be the same. Sounds like something off Star Trek in reference to the Borg.
But who says we must all be the same? We are all made differently, no two snowflakes are the same, and even identical twins have differences. That is because no two Spirits are the same, we all come from the one but have been blessed with a uniqueness that is perfection (the quality of something that is as good or suitable as it can possibly be) itself.
We are all pure spiritual energy, nothing more, nothing less. All equal, all perfect.
Life is given, it is the choice of the Spirit within whether to embrace differences, or to retreat into conformity.
Many physical forms have differences such as chronic illnesses, disabilities etc. If we enable conditions to limit our lives, then we limit our experiences. Only when we truly embrace who we are physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally are we then able to learn and experience life.
So back to create a picture, as Spirits we can create our futures. Firstly sit and contemplate exactly what type of future you would like. Not just happy, healthy or indeed wealthy. You should firstly create a picture in your mind of what you want, be it a physically healthy body, a house in the country, a cottage, a tent or whatever you want, next give it energy, imagine it as if you already had it, see yourself in that picture, how would you feel, really experience living in that image. Now if you do this once a day for a few minutes, by investing this energy, you can influence its creation. As Mai says, create a picture and then make the shapes fit.
